Update from the 2024 Conference Chair – JENNY MILLS


  • I encourage everyone to make your bookings as soon as possible, contacting the venues directly (see phone details listed below.)
  • Using the following link https://2024loxton.au/  which will bring up all the details for the Conference.
  • Under the Menu “Places to Stay” – there is a download list of accommodation options in all of the towns, and there are still a number of options available, however I have listed currently available options below- so get in early!
  • Please Note: It is more appropriate to contact the accommodation provider directly, by telephone, rather that trying to book on line
    • State that you are attending the Rotary Conference
  • When making you booking, please advise that you are a delegate for the Rotary District Conference in March 2024 – (Please remember that each individual is responsible for payment of their accommodation.)
  • There are a range of Disability Access options – please just enquire at the Venue when booking
  • House Boats: There are numerous options available for small or larger bookings. Details are also available on the website – direct contact with the Provider is recommended rather than on-line.   Mooring Options in Loxton are available – more on this to follow.

The following is a list of what is still available in Berri  (which is 15 Minutes from Loxton) and Renmark, which is approximately 30+ Minutes from Loxton.) It is highly likely that accommodation in Loxton has now been fully booked)

Renmark/Paringa

    Berri

  • House Boats & Moorings: There are numerous options available for small or larger bookings. Details are also available on the website – direct contact with the Provider is recommended rather than on-line. There are two areas along the Riverfront where moorings are located (Refer Map ) These are marked in orange on the map. No Moorings are allowed on the floating wharf(s) (marked in red) No bookings are required for the mooring sites – it is a first in best dressed option.
