YES = There will be a Rotary Showcase at the Precinct in Loxton for the duration of District Conference 2024.
As Rotary Showcase contributors are confirmed they will be listed and acknowledged here for your information.
There have been 16 applications for the Showcase , which is shaping up to be a wonderful “smorgasboard” of ideas and projects that Clubs are undertaking. There are 14 places still available so get on Board and showcase your Club’s activities and achievements – the more displays we have the greater the impact in demonstrating the humanitarian work that we all do.
Club Banner Display:
Calling for support from all clubs. All Rotary clubs are invited to participate in this simple task and opportunity to showcase your Clubs.
There is a large area in the Precint in which we can display as many Banners as we choose. This will not only promote all the Clubs who contribute, by bringing along at least one banner ( pullup or free standing) I encourage all Clubs to participate as it will assist with making an wonderful display at the front of the Conference Venue as well as highlight the Clubs.
Peace Pole:
The Rotary Club of Loxton Peace Pole will be unveiled at the Sunshine Breakfast at Heaven, which is also the location of the R100 Project which will be “opened” on that day.
The Peace pole will have 4 languages – English, German, Punjabi and Braille. A brief Faith
Service will be held as part of the celebration.
