We have been receiving queries concerning accommodation bookings or availability for the Conference. 

Accommodation

• I encourage everyone to make your bookings as soon as possible, contacting the venues directly (see phone details listed below.)
  
• Using the following link https://2024loxton.au/  which will bring up all the details for the Conference.
  
• Under the Menu “Places to Stay” – there is a download list of accommodation options in all of the towns, and there are still a number of options available, however I have listed currently available options below- so get in early!
  
• Please Note: It is more appropriate to contact the accommodation provider directly, by telephone, rather that trying to book on line. 
  
  • State that you are attending the Rotary Conference
    
• When making you booking, please advise that you are a delegate for the Rotary District Conference in March 2024 – (Please remember that each individual is responsible for payment of their accommodation.)
  
• There are a range of Disability Access options – please just enquire at the Venue when booking
  
• House Boats: There are numerous options available for small or larger bookings. Details are also available on the website – direct contact with the Provider is recommended rather than on-line.   Mooring Options in Loxton are available – more on this to follow.

The following is a list of what is still available in Berri  (which is 15 Minutes from Loxton) and Renmark, which is approximately 30+ Minutes from Loxton.) It is highly likely that accommodation in Loxton has now been fully booked)

Renmark/Paringa

• Renmark Riverbend Caravan Park has the following available – 2BR Cabin x1 and 3 BR Cabin x 2.  There are still plenty of Powered Caravan sites available.  Phone: (08) 8595 5131
  
• Renmark Big4 Riverfront Caravan Park has the following available – Cabins (various sizes) x15 and Powered Caravan sites (Riverfront) x 10 and non – Riverfront (powered) Sites approximately x 30 (includes x 6 with ensuite powered sites)  Phone: (08) 8586 8111

  Berri
  
• Berri Hotel has a total of 50 Rooms still available – (including new Riverfront Villas x 28); and at the Hotel – De Luxe rooms x 19; King Rooms x 9 and Queen Rooms x 2 a 10% Discount is on offer for bookings.    Phone: (08) 8582 1411
  
• Berri Riverside Holiday Park has a huge range of options available – these include:  Luxury 3 Bedroom apartments; Superior and Deluxe cabins x 2BR and 3BR; Ensuite 2 BR Cabins, Ensuite Standard Cabins; Group Stays x numerous options and 3 Powered caravan sites Phone: (08) 8582 3723
  
• House Boats & Moorings: There are numerous options available for small or larger bookings. Details are also available on the website – direct contact with the Provider is recommended rather than on-line. There are two areas along the Riverfront where moorings are located (Refer Map ) These are marked in orange on the map. No Moorings are allowed on the floating wharf(s) (marked in red) No bookings are required for the mooring sites – it is a first in best dressed option.

• The Winner of the August Draw is Judy Oates, who is now eligible for a refund on the two Gala Dinner payments that she has made. She has been informed .

The Draw was made by PDG Bruce Richardson in the presence of the Conference Committee Members on 6^th September.

• The September Draw is available to those who register and pay for both the Conference and the Welcome Cocktail Party prior to midnight on September 30^th.
  
  
• A Draw will take place on 4^th October, and the winner will be refunded the cost of the Cocktail Party.
